With a high proportion of different vitamins, peppers/ paprika are considered very healthy.
Peppers are also known under the name "peperoni" and basically belong to the family the paprikas. While the large chilli peppers are known as sweet vegetable paprika, the small and hot chili peppers are more commonly referred to as "pods". Even if they are the same vegetable, paprika are milder than pure hot peppers.
