The soft and very tasty meat of the zanae octopus (also called "little octopus") has a very high nutritional value.

This zanae octopus is caught in the north-east Atlantic, cut into pieces and then carefully examined and cleaned. The addition of selected and controlled ingredients and spices results in a fresh, aromatic and high quality end product.
The manufacturer Zanae in Sindos Thessaloniki, is a member of the "Trata" community: This stands for "Track and Trace", a Greek association that regularly monitors and controls its suppliers, partners and all product ingredients for specified quality standards.
The piquant zanae octopus is ideal as an appetizer, but can also be served as a pure starter. It tastes good with some bread with a glass of ouzo also.
