Tsipouro Katsaros without anise, 0.7 liters. This tsipouro is made from the Moscato Timavou grape. After firing, the product is aged in French oak barrels for three years and acquires its own individual aroma. The notes of plums, chocolate, almonds and white flowers combine and result in a light but long aftertaste - characterized by vanilla also.
Enjoyed at a temperature of 10°- 12°C, this tsipouro is suitable as an aperitif or simply on its own.

The Katsaros distillery in Tirnavos is a fourth generation family-runned company. It is also the oldest ouzo distillery in Greece. Since 1856 Ouzo and tsipouro varieties based on traditional recipes have been produced here. The fine spirits are destilled in hand-made copper kettles, with bottoms even lined with small olive wood branches to prevent the must from "sticking".
