Traditional feta from Exarhos in brine.
Finely spicy, with a full flavor and a creamy mildness. Made from pasteurized sheep and goat milk. The Exarhos brothers' company has been specializing in the production of traditional Greek cheeses since 1949. In the spirit of "preserving tradition", the milk used is obtained exclusively from regional farmers, all of whom come from the mountainous region of Olympos. Hence the excellent quality and unique taste of Exarhos feta cheese.
