Balsamic vinegar, white, 0.25 l

This balsamic-botanical vinegar stands out because of its white color. The vinegar retains this (also slightly golden yellow) color because it is not matured in a barrel. Selected Semillon grapes are condensed and concentrated during the production process. The resulting grape must is combined with aromatic, strong wine vinegar and refined with the freshness and sweetness of grape aromas.

The final result of this product is a perfect and pleasant mixture of freshness, light sweetness and balanced acidity. This white balsamic botanical vinegar is particularly suitable for dishes such as fish, white meat and vegetable dishes also.

This clear, light Balsamico Botanico vinegar is produced by Costa Lazaridi, one of the best winemakers in northern Greece.
